This came from a family cleaning out their fathers place before putting it up for rent. It appears pretty old but is appears to be in good condition for age. See photos as bag does show wear. Adult Size Cuff has some minimal wear. Some of these I have seen listed have metal bands inside the cuff. THIS ONE DOES NOT. I do not know much about this item so please see photos carefully as I am selling it for collectible value.
