Vintage Lot of 7, ASH & SONS Dental Instruments Tools, 2 Ebony & German Silver

Here we have a
Vintage Lot of 7, ASH & SONS Dental Instruments Tools, 2 Ebony & German Silver.
In 1820
Claudius Ash inherited his father's silversmithing business and renamed it C.
Ash and Sons. It later became one of the earliest companies supplying dental
appliances, instruments, etc..
The firm became highly successful and supplied the dental profession in Britain
and many other parts of the world
operating in several locations in England.
After the death of Claudius in 1854, the business was
continued by two of his sons, George Claudius Ash and William Ash. The 3 metal handle plugger type tools are marked ASH.ENG.  The 2 Ebony handles tools are marked C. ASH & SONS. These 2 tools have German Silver ferrules.  There are no cracks in  the ebony handles.  There are also 2 dental chisels marked 'STAINLESS STEEL'.  All 7 instruments are in very good used condition !!
