    Vintage DeVilbiss No 127 Nose & Throat Atomizer Medical 1930s.
    Missing bulb and tip. This tip does move in order to direct the spray where you would want it.
    Very heavy, seems to be made of cast iron. I left uncleaned as it adds to the age and patina.
