Early Vintage Doctor's Medical Office Ceiling Light Cover - Glass

I understand that this piece came from a Dentist office that was in operation from the 1920's to possibly the 1960's / 70's. I'm not sure of the age but I'd guess maybe 1940's? It is in good condition with general age wear. No cracks, but the "MD" graphic is a bit light faded. There are a couple tiny chips on the opening lip. They are very minor ( smaller 1/4 inch across) and would not be seen if it was installed as they would be flush against the ceiling. It measures about 12 inches across and about 6.5 inches deep. The graphic is on in 4 places. Each is in about the same aged condition. Great period piece. I will insure it for the final sale price in shipping. Please ask questions before bidding.
