Antique rare complete Siegel steam spray inhaler medical device for asthma

You are bidding on a rare antique medical device know as the Siegel spray inhaler. Is made apparently from tin and do not have any markings on it. As observed, 2 "walls" of this original box are still present and in one of them written in SPANISH you can read the intructions and see the image on how to use it.
In 1864 Dr. Siegel invented this steam spray inhaler method that used the force of steam through a small tube to draw up the medicine and turn it into a vapour that is inhaled through a glass mouthpiece.  The principle used here is similar to modern devices, only that now we use air instead of steam.
Siegel's invention is often considered the beginning of inhalation therapy.
There were various attempts at copying Siegel's invention, yet neither Siegel's nor any of the others were effective enough to become popular among asthmatics.  Again, the medicine available back then provided only minimal relief, and this fact probably made efforts to use these devices fruitless, and perhaps too expensive to make them worthwhile investments.
I am not familiar with the item but is looks to be in very good condition and complete, nothing seems to be missing but please look carefully at the photos to see and decide by yourself.

Is sold untested as is as a collectible only.
Please expect signs of wear everywhere like scratches, minimal stains, slight discoloration, corrosion, etc. here and there normal for old used pieces.
I tried to clean the item as much as possible but you may still find dusty areas difficult to reach.
