    This is an antique 14k solid gold pessary from the 1930s.  It comes with the wooden box, cardboard shipping box, and literature originally included by the seller.  Pessaries were stated to be used to prevent or help with a prolapsed uterus since birth control products were illegal at the time.  It is in excellent, original condition.  Free shipping.
