2. Change on drum cleaning blade: the old version is held by springs, and the new version is fastened on the
plastic frame, and so the working methods of the new version and old version of the cleaning blade are different.
3. Change on primary charge roller: the roller shaft specification of the new version is different from the old
version.

Return Policy
Will accept returns of product for the following reasons:
1.Product is defective or damaged
2.Non-defective goods returned within 5 days
3.NOBRE OFFICE shipping errors
Your request for a return must be received within 5 days of your receipt of the product.
Return requests will be reviewed, approved or denied and communication to that effect
sent to you by email within ten business day of receipt of your return request.
If your return is approved you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. With the exception of defective merchandise and shipping errors you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse at:
