    There might be a disc in the case, if i use media mail to send these to you.

    Standard sized, 1 disc DVD keep case, clear plastic, with slots on the inside for artwork.
    (similar to the slots in a standard CD jewel case)

    it has a slightly different size back cover art, both styles are shown top to top in last photo, please look at the artwork of the DVD you are replacing th the case for, to see which style better fits your purpose.
